Youth/Play Scheme Volunteer

An opportunity to support young people and children with disabilities while they enjoy play and leisure activities.

Scheme Volunteer - “I have gained so many new skills and even been inspired to apply for a career in teaching. The Leaders are highly supportive and make you feel a valued member of the team”

Become part of a dynamic and supportive team and gain a rewarding insight into supporting disabled children and young people at our Challengers schemes. The role of Play and Youth volunteers is to support the leaders, staff and other volunteers operating the schemes. We look for friendly and enthusiastic people who want to support the children and young people with disabilities that we have on scheme to enable them to have a fun filled and enjoyable day.

We also have opportunities in Leatherhead, Guildford, Farnham, Godstone, Bookham and Caterham.

Hours are flexible and there are opportunities to volunteer on Saturdays and School Holidays. We also run after school clubs at Guildford and Farnham and Youth evenings at Bookham and Caterham.
