Job Description: 

Halow are implementing a brand new Recruitment & Training Coordinator (initially a 1 year fixed term role) which has been designed to oversee and move forward recruitment, onboarding and training programmes, whilst ensuring and maintaining quality, compliance and effective operations.  The role will be responsible for auditing the current recruitment, selection, onboarding and training programmes with a view to working collaboratively with all team members to modernise, improve and open up development and progression opportunities for our staff.
