The Better Way Network

We are delighted to be part of the Better Way Network – a collaborative network of organisations from across the country which strives to improve services and build strong communities. Through this network, we have developed strong working relationships and gained insights into national issues and projects which support our work here in Surrey.

CEO Cate recently wrote an article for the Better Way Network, featured in their ‘Collaboration is better than competition’ publication, sharing her views on the need for holistic system leadership.

Human Learning Systems

We are big advocates of the Human Learning Systems work being done by a partnership of organisations including Collaborate CIC and the Centre for Public Impact. We are delighted to be working with them on the production of their third report and support their work as an emerging alternative to New Public Management across the public sector.
