Coffee and Chat – Self-harm

Self-harm is a coping mechanism that many young people turn to in order to manage life around them. When viewed in this way, how does this change the way we approach it and support young people (and their families) we work with? Join us as we talk openly about self-harm – what to do and where to go for support; how to have those conversations and talk about it; acknowledging and managing our own anxiety as professionals and the sense of responsibility when walking with a young person who is self-harming.

Delivered with the support of Emerge and Mindworks.
